Consultation & Intention Setting

We begin with conversation.

Before any camera is lifted, we connect.

You’ll share where you are in your life, what you’re calling in, and how you want to feel in your body and your images.

This is both a Reiki intake and a creative visioning —

your energy, your story, your desires guiding the session.

No pressure. No performance. Just honesty.

Step 2


Guided Meditation & Reiki Integration

We begin the embodiment.

Through a short guided meditation, you’ll soften into the space and settle into your breath. From there, I offer hands-on Reiki to support grounding, release, and energetic alignment.

This is quiet.

Restorative.

Sacred.

You are not “preparing” to be photographed.

You are returning to yourself.

The Portrait Experience

From that grounded place, we begin your session.

Because you’ve already softened, the images feel different.

More open. More embodied. More magnetic.

I guide you intuitively — focusing on breath, subtle movement, and connection rather than rigid posing.

The result is portraiture that feels like you.
